Parts Advisor 

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Parts Advisor to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplying vehicle parts and accessories to technicians and customers while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

·         Identify and supply correct vehicle parts to workshop technicians and retail customers

·         Manage parts inventory, stock control, and ordering

·         Process parts sales and handle payments where required

·         Maintain accurate records using the dealership’s parts management system

·         Liaise with suppliers to source parts efficiently

·         Ensure the parts department is clean, organised, and well stocked

Requirements

·         Previous experience in a motor parts or automotive environment preferred

·         Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components

·         Strong organisational and communication skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Basic computer skills and experience with parts catalogues or dealership systems
